Since this program went live in June of 2020, we've released over 2100 OnDemand courses to over 600 municipal clerks in over 34 of the 50 United States, Canada and the Netherlands! The New England Institute provides these courses to all municipal clerks around the world, not just past graduates and present NEMCI attendees.
NOTE: 70 OnDemand webinars offer 1 CMC point and 2 EPP hours, 20 of those 70 courses also offer 1 MMC pt (these are noted in the course descriptions).

Take one course or take all of them - the choice is yours. You have 365 days to complete the course(s) from the time of access. Some clerks take these courses towards credentialing and some take them for general professional development enrichment. Please make sure you are meeting the certification requirements per your application with IIMC. These courses do not replace any of the three years of NEMC Institute July program courses.

Thank you so much for offering online zoom and on-demand webinars. I am currently in the process of working toward my CMC, and this program has been very beneficial and user friendly. There are several courses to choose from that I can do remotely and at my convenience. The website through NEMCI is easy to navigate, and the courses are very informative. I just finished Cyber Security and I give it a 9 out of 10. It was one of my favorites, it was really interesting, and kept my attention, which is sometimes a problem. It talked about different attacks and even had serial killers in it. It also made me think about how I might better protect my work and personal accounts.
