I placed an order, but did not receive a confirmation email yet?
If you placed an order, and do not see a confirmation email, it could be in a couple of places.
1: If your email inbox sorts emails into categories such as "Social" or "Promotions" (such as Gmail), then make sure you check both of those folders as well.
2: Your email inbox's spam filter could be blocking emails sent from our site (it happens to the best of us!). So, make sure you check there as well. If you DO find the confirmation email in there, make sure you mark it as "Not Spam" so future emails will get through.

Now that I bought a course, how can I access it?
You should receive a confirmation email after your purchase that looks like this:
You will need to get set up in our LMS system to access your course. You can do that by following the link in step 1. Go to Visioneer Learning LMS
Once you click that, you will see a page that looks like this:
Once you have successfully completed your information, you will be directed to begin your course.
Wait! What if I'm not ready to take the course just yet?
You don't have to start your course right away. Once you have completed your account setup, you will be able to access your course for up to 365 days from date of purchase. You only need to log into the LMS system with your email and password and any courses not completed will be available when you are ready to begin.
